Organic Bentonite Clay
Sodium Bentonite Clay holds an abundance of minerals that nonurish the body both inside and out. It contains negatively charged ions that attract and bind toxins, effectively detoxing the body.
Bentonite clay is formed from volcanic ash that has been trapped under sea beds for a very, very long time, the clay has been milled to 45 microns with absolutely no chemical interaction through the harvesting and milling process.

Avoid metal utensils and storage as the clay can lose it’s potency.
Add the clay to water rather than water to clay to ensure an even hydration of the mixture.
Suggestions for Use
Face Mask
Blend 1:2 parts clay and water to create a silky paste.
Apply to the face and eave for 20 minutes before gently removing with warm water.
Drink plenty of water to rehydrate.
Body Mask
Mix 1:2 parts clay and water.
Apply to the body as desried and leave for 20-30 minutes before showering with warm water.
Drink plenty of water to rehydrate.
Bath Soak
Add 2-4 cups of bentonite clay to a warm bath and soak for at least 20 minutes.
For an extra soothing experience add a few drops each of Lavender and Rose Geraniuam essential oils to calm the nerves.
Foot Soak
Add 1/4 cup of bentonite clay to warm water and soak feet for up to 20 minutes.
Add your favourite essential oils for added relaxation. Lavender and Wintergreen are a great combination to destress and release tired muscles.
Skin Poultice
Blend 1:1. or 1:2 parts clay and water.
Apply the spongey clay to an affected area (insect bites, cuts, burns inflammation).
Cover with a banadage or cloth and leave for 2-3 hours before reapplying.
Talc or Baby Powder
Use benntonite clay as a natural and safe alternative to talcum or baby powder!
Toothpaste
Mix equal parts bicarbonate soda with coconut oil and bentonite clay. Add peppermint essential oil and blend all ingredients well. If using other essential oils make sure you do your safety research.
Mouthwash
Add 1-2 tablespoons of bentonite clay to a glass of water and use as a mouth rinse. The longer you swish the more bacteria and toxins that will be pulled.
