In this workshop I will guide you through various dragon sequences from Master Yang’s Calligraphy Health trainings.
The dragon sequences are powerful flows with whole body benefits, most notably working on mobilising the organs and opening up the tissues in the body to more effective flow of nourishing blood, information and qi flow. These sequences will balance and enhance your strength and flexibility and will also challenge your coordination as they take you deeper in surrender to flow. ๐
