Reconnecting to Sisterhood

Are you ready to reconnect to your feminine essence and power? Tanya and I are beyond excited to grow a strong community of women who can come together to hold and be held in all life’s ebbs and flows. We feel the call to make space for sisterhood, for women to connect, share, reset, heal, grow, shift, grieve and celebrate. We’ll be curating nourishing and nurturing events every month that guide you one step at a time into your power, your peace and your community.

Our very first event will centre around the theme of reconnecting, establishing roots and grounding. You can expect to explore Muladhara – our root charka through restorative yoga and movement, grounding meditation and gentle breathwork.
