Hope you’re all keeping well. Just a quick update on Move Muse as we emerge from the Covid lockdown. I know there are mixed feelings about moving about in the world now as restrictions ease but I’m happy to say that I look forward to teaching in the flesh and staying connected as safely as possible.
Calligraphy Health Qigong Classes
Online classes will be available for the foreseeable future however I will also be taking students in person if you prefer to attend in person. I will no longer be teaching out of the dojo but instead teaching from my home and local parks (weather permitting). If you’re keen to attend in person, please get in touch and let me know. It’s been really cosy and easy rolling out of bed and straight to Zoom, but I encourage you to come to class in person if you can as it is always a more wholesome experience as I can tailor and adjust your practice for better results. Plus its a lovely opportunity to build a sense of community.
Private training is still available as usual either online or in person. This is the best way to get results from your practice as I can personalise your training specifically to your needs and goals with undivided attention.
Class pricing will revert back to ‘normal’ as of next week, Monday 29th June 2020. 10 class passes will be $180 and casual classes $20. If this will be an issue please reach out I’d rather work out a way you can continue your practice.
Body Therapy is back on and I’m taking bookings during the week in Erskineville. These sessions are devoted to assisting your body to release and relax into your ‘safe’ parasympathetic nervous system mode where your body can start to self nourish and repair.
