Learn how to access, align and move your energy through a yoga practice. Megan will share her knowledge and experience to guide you deeper into your practice and meet your body where it’s at through the fundamentals of a static and dynamic yoga practice.
This class will explore safe and effective ways to transition, align and mobilize your body for an energizing practice that will leave you feeling rejuvenated.
All classes will be workshop style 30 minute discussion and individual exploration followed by a 30 minutes group practice/flow. This class is non-competitive and open to all levels of experience and ability.
