Move Muse is your wellness hub with an holistic approach to health and wellbeing. There’s no magic pill but I believe humans were made to move! There are so many ways and reasons to move and explore the potential of your body and mind.

I’m here for you with qigong, yoga, pilates and more so that you can rediscover balance and playfulness or heal from any kind of trauma and be supported to bring your nervous system back into balance.

I’m Megan, founder of Move Muse.

My vision is to share valuable tools and skills that empower self-healing and self-care. Through movement we can cultivate deep awareness of and respect for our body that carries us through this life so that we can live with clear purpose and less stress, aches and pains!
