Gathering Energy – Its all in the name with this one. Gather your energy and store it in your lower dantien; the energy centre at your lower belly. Universal energy is abundant. When we practice qigong we are cultivating energy and we should store this energy in our lower belly, the lowest of the three dantiens or body brains. Imagine picking up big, heavy and fluffy clouds of energy and squishing as much as you can into your energy space and into your lower dantien! Don’t be afraid to use your imagination. The more you practice, the more aware you will be of energy.
