In this easy and short meditation you will learn to anchor your awareness to release tension from your body and mind. This grounding meditation is the perfect practice to start building an internal awareness of your body’s response to the world around you so that you can let go of unnecessary tension and open your body back up to optimum flow of nutrients. After this meditation you’ll feel that your muscles are more relaxed, your spine has decompressed and that you’re more grounded in your body.
Find a quiet peaceful space where you can sit or lay down uninterupted for about 5 minutes.
