We keep the Goji Berries separate to the chamomile flowers because we recommend eating your softened Goji Berries once the tea is gone. We’ve heard that once softened, the Goji Berry nutrients are easier for the body to access.
Brew chamomile flowers in hot water for 3-5 mins then pour into a mug with a few goji berries at the bottom.
