Calligraphy Health Qigong Workshop: Emu Stretch Sequence

Join me for the second in a series of monthly Calligraphy Health Qigong Workshops. In this workshop we explore the poweful movements of the Emu Standing sequence from Master Yang’s Level 1 Calligraphy Health training series.

The Emu Standing Seqence stimulates all the meridiens (energy channels) as we create strong linesd of energy through the tissues to circulate qi, nutrients and information throughout the body. This sequence is specifically beneficial for releasing neck and shoulder tension, for stimulating lymph flow around the arms, and stimulating breast and chest tissue.
