Calligraphy Health Qigong Workshop: Exploring the Double and Single Eel Sequences

In our first workshop I will guide you through the Double and Single Eel sequences from Master Yang’s Level 1 Calligraphy Health training.

The flowing 3-dimensional movements of the eels nourishes the spine, invigorates the joints, and cultivates emotional freedom. They are mesmerising movements that truly harness grace and fluidity to promote spinal health, flexibility and strength in the tendons and overall vitality as your cells move harmoniously boosting blood circulation.
