Spring flower is a powerful and emotive flow that harnesses the beautiful blooming of flowers after the seasonal winter period of hibernation, and death. Spring Flower is a sequence that truly reawakens that cells of our bodies and encourages us to bloom like sweet flowers as we too go through cycles of death and rebirth and rest, rejuvination and growth.
